There are large custom single group rates available aboard multiple cruise ships throughout the year that are custom for the single adults looking to meet new friends or perhaps make a romantic connection while on a luxury vacation. It may certainly be a little different from what you are use to when you book your vacation, but it’s worth it.
Initially one might think the entire ship allows only “singles” to cruise on board but that’s not the case at all. A “singles cruise” is a custom large group designed for singles to meet, make friends, perhaps a romantic connection while enjoying a relaxing environment. The average age is between 30-60 years old. However there are singles cruises custom for the 40 plus year old or you might find a designated 20 plus cruise available. Don’t hesitate to ask the on board host for age specifics in advance of your booking.
Single cruises offer group discount rates. If you do not have a partner to cruise or share a cabin with, Vacations to Go offers a “Match Program” if booked in advance. This program will find you a same sex match for your cabin roommate. This will assist in qualifying you for the least expensive group rate since rates are quoted based on double occupancy.
While on board; the singles group rate offers a cabin, the single mingle dining, entertainment, singles cocktail parties, games, dances and mixes. The on board host will facilitate the custom designed single activities for your group.
There are well over a dozen single cruises already scheduled for 2019. I’ll mention the cruises departing from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida conveniently located only minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airport.
On January 26, 2019 the Royal Princess has a 7 Night Eastern Caribbean cruise beginning at $1049 per person. On April 6, 2019 the Caribbean Princess has a 7 Night Eastern Caribbean cruise beginning at $789 per person. On October 28, 2019 the Crown Princess has a 10 Night Southern Caribbean cruise that is designated as a 40 plus singles cruise including Halloween festivities for only $1439 per person.
Perhaps in the year 2020, we’ll offer Honeymoon cruise information for all of those “singles” who find their forever romantic connection onboard a singles cruise in 2019.
